I will provide a rough estimate over the telephone based on a verbal description.  If at that time you are still interested, I will personally meet you at the construction site to discuss in detail the proposed fence.

On site I will measure the area and evaluate the terrain to determine what will be required for site preparation.  Each location is unique resulting in price variations depending on the amount of rock, trees, slope, drainage, buried lines (utilities), accessibility, building permits and various other factors that could affect the construction process. 

After evaluation of the site I shop various suppliers for the best material prices and calculate labor cost for a firm proposal.

All construction is custom using only quality materials.  I do the majority of the work my self; however, projects that require additional labor, I personally supervise and inspect to ensure quality.
